摘要
针对脉宽调制(PWM)整流电路用三相高频电抗器存在磁路不平衡、局部温升过高、损耗过大等问题,提出了一种等磁路全粉芯高频PWM立体电抗器结构。通过有限元仿真软件建立了模型,对其简化并进行了磁芯和线圈网格划分,通过仿真给出了磁场强度、铁心磁损密度及温度场分布云图,并对电抗器的损耗进行了分析。搭建了中央空调用PWM整流电路,根据仿真制作了所提电抗器样机。仿真和实验表明所提三相等磁路高频电抗器具有体积小、损耗低、三相平衡度偏差小等优点,具有实际的推广和应用价值。
Aiming at the problems of unbalanced magnetic circuit, too high local temperature rise and excessive loss in the conventional three-phase high-frequency reactor for pulse width modulation (PWM) rectification, an equal-mag netic circuit full-powder core high-frequency PWM three -dimensional reactor structure is presented. Through the finite element simulation software, the model is established, and the magnetic core and the coil mesh are divided.The mag netic field intensity, the core magnetic loss density and the temperature field distribution cloud chart are given through the simulation , and the loss of the reactor is analyzed.A PWM rectifier circuit for central air conditioning is built, and the prototype of the proposed reactor is made according to the simulation.Simulation and experiments show that the proposed three-phase iso-magnetic circuit high-frequency reactor has the advantages of small volume, low loss and small three-phase balance deviation, and has practical value of popularization and application.
