摘要
针对传统脉冲序列(PT)控制电感电流连续导电模式(CCM)下的开关变换器存在的低频振荡现象,提出了一种双缘调制PT(DEM-PT)控制技术。该控制仅需改变传统PT控制中低能量脉冲的调制方式,即可获得比传统PT控制优越的稳态性能,并且与传统PT控制同样具有良好的瞬态响应能力和鲁棒性。以Buck变换器为例,分析了 DEM-PT控制的基本工作原理和低频振荡抑制机理。仿真与实验结果均符合预期理论分析,验证了该控制方法的有效性与可行性。
For the low-frequency oscillation phenomenon of traditional pulse train (PT) controlled switching converter operated in continuous conduction mode(CCM), a dual edge modulation PT(DEM-PT) control technique is proposed. An excellent steady-state performance can be achieved by changing the modulation mode of low energy pulse in tra ditional PT control only, and enjoys the same good transient response ability and robustness as traditional PT control. Taking Buck converter as an example, the basic working principle of DEM-PT control and the suppression mechanism of low frequency oscillation are analyzed.Both the simulation and the experimental results are consistent with the the oretical analysis, the validity and feasibility of the control method are verified.
