摘要 基于TAIPEI整流滤波电路和移相全桥电路,所衍生的新型单级三相功率因数校正(PFC)+DC/DC变换器,因其全负载范围内的桥臂开关管零电压开关(ZVS)导通、高功率因数和高效率等优点受到了广泛关注。在此通过详细分析该新型拓扑PFC原理,推导出母线电压和输出电压相应的控制公式,基于此提出一种简单可行的频率脉宽调控输出电压+移相滞环调控母线电压的控制策略,并提供了相应的数字程序处理框图,有效地解决了由于母线电压和输出电压耦合性造成的双闭环控制难题。最后通过仿真和实验平台搭建,验证了所提出的控制策略的有效性。 Based on TAIPEI rectification filter circuit and phase-shifted full-bridge circuit, a new single-stage three- phase power factor correct (PFC) DC/DC converter has been widely used due to its zero voltage switch (ZVS) on, high efficiency and high power factor under the full load range.Based on the detailed analysis of the mechanism of PFC of circuit, a simple and feasible frequency pulse width modulation with phase shift hysteresis control method is proposed and its digital procedure flow chart towards to its voltage control equation, which can effectively solve the loop control problem caused by mutual coupling of bus voltage and load.Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed con? trol strategy is verified by simulation and experiment.
