摘要 介绍了一种小型多向弯曲件的结构,对传统的多向弯曲件的生产工艺进行了改进,采用级进模完成了零件的冲孔、倒角、向上弯曲、向下弯曲等多种成形工序,该模具结构紧凑,满足了成形零件尺寸、形状精度的要求,且已应用于批量生产,实践表明成形的零件质量稳定,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。 The structural and technological properties of a small multi-direction bending part were presented. The production process of traditional multi-direction bending parts was improved. A die was used to achieve punching and forming processes such as punching, deburring, upward bending and downward bending. The die structure was compact and met the part requirement of the size and precision. The die had been effectively used in the practice of mass production.
