摘要
热成形模实际生产过程中成形的制件容易出现缺陷问题,分析了制件缺陷的产生机理,从镶件材质选择和镶件表面处理2个方面找到了合理的解决方案,为热成形制件的缺陷问题提供了解决思路及方法。
The galling problem of hot forming die was easily to occur in the actual production process, the mechanism of galling problems was analyzed. A reasonable solution was put forward in the aspect of the material selection and surface treatment of insert, which povided a thinking way and method to solve the galling problems of hot forming parts.
