成形精密小孔径端垫级进模设计

摘要 通过对小孔径端垫成形难点及成形工艺进行分析,提出级进模成形工艺的方案,对比排样方案的优缺点,介绍材料选择、生产润滑及模具零件增强设计。经实际生产验证,模具结构设计合理,成形的零件合格,满足客户高精度、低成本、高效率的生产要求,可为同类零件的模具设计提供参考。 By analyzing the forming difficulties and forming process of a flanged pad with a small hole, a process scheme was proposed that the part was formed by using a progressive die. Compared the advantages and disadvantages of the blank layout schemes, and the die design was expounded from the aspects of the material selection, production lubrication and enhanced structure of forming parts. The actual production verified that the die structure was designed reasonably, and the formed parts met the requirements of high precision, which could provide a reference for the die design of similar parts.
