摘要
针对顶盖或机盖外板因模具进气不畅造成制件变形的问题,对其产生原因进行分析并分类,归纳总结了此类问题常用的解决方案,在此基础上提出了2种针对模具结构的改进方法,采取在凸模与压边圈之间增加弹性元件或往下模和制件之间吹气的方法,解决了制件因模具进气不畅导致的变形问题。该方法简单易实现,对模具后期的生产和保养影响小,对制件的外观质量不产生其他不良影响。
To solve the deformation defect issue of the drawing die workpiece caused by the poor air admission of roof panel or hood outer panel, the causes were analyzed and classified. After that, two kinds of drawing die improvement solutions were put forward. The methods were adding an elastic component between the punch and the blank holder or blowing air between the bottom die and the workpiece. The two methods were simple to implement, and little influence on the maintenance of the die and the appearance quality of the workpiece.
