摘要
研究了实施多次切割工艺时钼丝运行状态及影响其运行的因素,并用试验验证,通过安装钼丝张紧装置、减少钼丝运行抖动并合理选择电加工参数,在快走丝线切割机上不仅能实施多次切割工艺,并能改善线切割零件质量,满足线切割加工质量要求。
The running state of molybdenum wire and the factors affect its operation were analyzed and studied. The experimental results showed that the multiple cutting processes could be implemented on the fast wire cutting machine and meet the quality requirements by installing the stretching device of molybdenum wire, reducing the jitter of molybdenum wire operation and choosing the reasonable electrical processing parameters.
