耳廓矫形器治疗先天性耳廓畸形的疗效分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析新型耳矫治器对小儿先天性耳廓畸形的矫治疗效,以期推广临床应用。方法使用耳廓矫形器对158例先天性耳廓畸形患儿进行矫治,定期随访,密切观察。矫治前后对比照片由耳科医生及患儿家属共同评价改善效果。结果159例先天性耳廓畸形中,招风耳7例,杯状耳32例,垂耳27例,Stahl’s耳21例,耳轮畸形12例,环缩耳23例,隐耳10例,Conchal Crus1例,复合畸形26例。其中有4例因家长个人原因不愿意坚持佩戴的患儿外,其余的耳廓畸形患儿均到达家长预期效果,有良好的改善。结论采用耳廓矫治器治疗耳廓形态畸形疗效显著,对新生儿耳廓形态畸形及轻度结构畸形的矫治成功率高,疗效取决于耳畸形严重程度、开始矫治时间以及患儿家长的配合。耳廓畸形矫治开始越早(出生后7 d内),效果越好,矫治器佩戴时间越短。 Objective To analyze the curative effect of new ear appliance on congenital auricle deformity in children, so as to promote its clinical application. Methods 158 children with congenital auricular deformity were treated with auricular orthosis. They were followed up regularly and observed closely. Before and after the treatment, the contrast photographs were evaluated by the otologist and the family members of the children. Results Among 159 cases of congenital auricular deformities, 7 cases were attacked by wind, 32 cases were cup ears, 27 cases were pituitary ears, 21 cases were Stahl's ears, 12 cases were ear wheel deformities, 23 cases were circumflex ears, 10 cases were concealed ears, 1 case was Conchal Crus, 26 cases were complex deformities. Among them, there were 4 children who were unwilling to insist on wearing because of their parents' personal reasons. The other children with auricle deformity achieved the expected effect of their parents and had a good improvement. Conclusion Auricular appliance is effective in the treatment of auricular deformity. The success rate of auricular deformity and mild structural deformity is high. The effect depends on the severity of auricular deformity, the time of beginning correction and the cooperation of parents. The earlier the correction of auricle deformity begins (within 7 days after birth ), the better the effect and the shorter the wearing time of the appliance.
