硬膜外针辅助下小切口治疗急性跟腱断裂的临床应用

Clinical application of small incision assisted with epidural needle in the treatment of acute Achilles tendon rupture

目的探讨硬膜外针辅助下微创小切口治疗急性跟腱断裂的临床疗效及应用推广。方法回顾性分析19例急性闭合性跟腱断裂患者采用硬膜外针辅助下微创治疗的临床资料,使用AOFAS评分进行评价治疗效果。结果 19例患者随访8~36个月,平均18个月,切口均一期愈合,无切口感染坏死及跟腱再次断裂等并发症。AOFAS评定:优15例,良3例,可1例,优良率94.7%。结论采用硬膜外针经皮穿刺穿线结合小切口微创治疗急性跟腱断裂具有良好的临床效果,可有效减少术后相关并发症。

Objective To study clinical efficacy and application of minimally invasive small incision assisted with epidural needle in the treatment of acute Achilles tendon rupture. Methods Clinical data of 19 patients with acute closed Achilles tendon rupture treated with epidural needle assisted minimally invasive therapy were retrospectively analyzed. AOFAS score was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results All the 19 patients were followed up for 8 - 36 months (mean 18 months). There were no complications such as infection and necrosis of incision and rupture of Achilles tendon. AOFAS showed that 15 cases were excellent, 3 cases were good, 1 case was fair, and the rate of excellent and good was 94.7%. Conclusion minimally invasive treatment of acute Achilles tendon rupture by percutaneous epidural needle threading combined with small incision has a good clinical effect, which can effectively reduce postoperative complications.
