某型柴油机试车过程呼吸器烟大的故障原因分析和排除

Cause Analysis and Removal of Breathing Device Smoke in a Diesel Engine Trial

针对某型柴油机试车过程中在标定工况下呼吸器出现烟大的情况,对该型柴油机的机油系统、燃烧系统、运动件及增压器等部分进行排查和分析,发现其由于增压器本身的质量问题,从而导致试车过程中呼吸器烟大。针对此故障,采取直接更换增压器,使该问题得到解决。

Aiming at the smoke of the respirator under the calibration condition during the test run of a certain diesel engine, the oil system, combustion system, moving parts and supercharger of the diesel engine are investigated and analyzed. It is found that the smoke of the respirator is high during the test run due to the quality problems of the supercharger itself. To solve this problem, the supercharger should be replaced directly.
