摘要
目前汽车行业大部分主机厂为检测发动机整机质量设置了发动机冷试设备,用于检测发动机在不点火状态下由外置伺服电机驱动运转过程中的各项参数。这些参数的获取来源主要是各种传感器,除了发动机本身自带传感器之外,冷试设备还外接了部分传感器,例如:力矩传感器、油温传感器等。为确保冷试设备测试数据的准确性,需要定期对冷试设备外接传感器进行校准。我们以某汽油发动机冷试设备传感器为研究对象,对发动机冷试设备力矩传感器新式校准方法和原理进行分析。
At present, most of the main engine factories in the automobile industry have set up the engine cold test equipment for testing the quality of the whole engine, which is used to test the parameters of the engine driven by the external servo motor in the process of running without ignition. These parameters are mainly obtained from various sensors. In addition to the sensors on the engine itself, some sensors are also connected to the cold test equipment, such as torque sensor and oil temperature sensor. In order to ensure the accuracy of the test data of cold test equipment, it is necessary to calibrate the external sensors of the equipment on a regular basis. In this paper, the new calibration method and principle of the cold test sensor of a gasoline engine are analyzed.
