摘要
针对某船用柴油机在110%超负荷运行时易出现拉缸故障的情况,采用模拟仿真的手段,对其产生的原因进行分析研究,并采取相应改进措施,对活塞进行了优化设计及试验验证,解决了该型柴油机拉缸故障,为提高柴油机可靠性和延长使用寿命提供了一条有效途径。
To aim at the failure that one type of marine diesel engine is prone to scuff cylinder bore when it operates at 110% overload, the cause of the cylinder scuffing is analyzed by the simulation tool, and the improved measure is adopted to solve the failure by the optimized design of piston and test. The solution provides an effective access for improving the reliability and prolonging service life of diesel engine.
