基于CAE和正交试验的工艺参数对翘曲变形的研究 被引量:12

摘要 利用CAE技术,选取模具温度、熔体温度、保压压力、保压时间等工艺参数作为研究对象,以塑件在不同方向的翘曲变形量为指标,利用正交试验建立L16(45)正交试验表,优化最佳工艺参数组合,有效减少塑件的翘曲变形。通过方差分析,得出对塑件x、y、z方向翘曲变形影响最大因素分别为熔体温度、保压压力、保压压力;对塑件x、y、z方向翘曲变形影响最小因素分别为模具温度、保压时间、保压时间。 Using CAE technology, the technological parameters such as mould temperature, melt temperature, holding pressure and holding time are selected as the research objects. Taking the warpage deformation of plastic parts in different directions as the index, the orthogonal test table of L16(45) is established by orthogonal test, and the optimum combination of technological parameters is optimized to effectively reduce the warpage deformation of plastic parts. Through variance analysis, it is concluded that the maximum factors af fecting the warpage deformation of plastic parts in x, y and z directions are melt temperature, holding pressure and holding pressure, respectively. The minimum factors af fecting the warpage deformation of plastic parts in x, y and z directions are mold temperature, holding time and holding time, respectively.
