基于无线射频的智能型服装仓储配送评估系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高智能型服装仓储配送能力,进行智能型服装仓储配送评估系统设计,提出一种基于无线射频的智能型服装仓储配送评估系统。系统设计分为服装仓储配送调度算法设计和系统硬件设计两部分,采用无线射频识别技术进行智能型服装仓储配送信息采集,对采集的智能型服装仓储配送信息进行分区域调度和智能信息处理,提取服装仓储配送无线射频信息的匹配特征量,采用相关性统计分析方法实现服装仓储配送信息评估和智能调度。基于RFID技术进行智能型服装仓储配送评估系统的硬件设计,在操作系统层和应用软件层分别配置MCU控制单元实现服装仓储配送评估系统的状态监测和调度,在集成DSP处理器中实现系统硬件开发。测试结果表明,采用该系统进行服装仓储配送评估的智能性较好,控制能力较强,具有很好的评估识别能力。 In order to improve the capacity of intelligent clothing warehousing and distribution,an intelligent clothing warehousing and distribution evaluation system based on wireless radio frequency(RF)was proposed.The system design is divided into two parts:the algorithm design of clothing warehousing and distribution scheduling and the hardware design of the system.The intelligent clothing warehousing and distribution information collection is carried out by using radio frequency identification technology.The intelligent clothing warehousing and distribution information is divided into regional scheduling and intelligent information processing,and the matching characteristic quantity of the wireless radio frequency information of clothing warehousing distribution is extracted.The method of correlation statistical analysis is used to realize the information evaluation and intelligent scheduling of clothing warehousing and distribution.Based on the RFID technology,the hardware design of the intelligent clothing warehousing and distribution evaluation system is carried out.The MCU control unit is configured in the operating system layer and the application software layer to realize the status monitoring and scheduling of the clothing warehousing and distribution evaluation system.The hardware development of the system is realized in the integrated DSP processor.The test results show that the system has good intelligence,strong control ability and good evaluation and identification ability.
