基于云计算的分布式电能计量检测系统研究 被引量:7

摘要 为了适应智能变电站的发展,提升电能计量检测系统的检测精度,解决数字信号难以溯源的问题,针对当前电能计量检测系统中存在的电压、电流同步误差较大、系统稳定性较差,检测所需时间过长等问题。构建了一种基于可溯源数字的分布式电能计量检测系统。对智能变电站的计量系统进行分析,概述数字电能表的特点,构建信号可溯源的数字电能计量检测系统,将模拟标准功率源看做信号源,利用小型互感器及AD转换模块进行数字信号转换,将得到的标准信号采用数字标准表进行SV报文发送,以数字电能表为对象,对该系统进行实验。实验结果表明,所构建电能计量检测系统的电压、电流同步误差最低可达0.001,验证了所构建检测系统的精确度,并通过系统稳定性系数对比验证了系统的稳定性。 In order to adapt to the development of smart substations,the detection accuracy of electric energy measurement and detection systems is improved,and the problem that digital signals are difficult to trace is resolved.The current electric energy measurement and detection systems have problems such as large voltage and current synchronization errors and poor system stability.A traceable source-based distributed energy metering detection system was constructed.Analyze the measurement system of the smart substation,outline the characteristics of the digital energy meter,build a signal-traceable digital energy measurement detection system,view the analog standard power source as a signal source,and use a small transformer and an AD conversion module to convert the digital signal.The obtained standard signal is sent by SV message using a digital standard table,and the system is tested on the digital electric energy meter.The experimental results show that the voltage and current synchronization error of the constructed energy metering detection system can reach a minimum of 0.001,which verifies the accuracy of the built detection system,and the stability of the system is verified through comparison of system stability coefficients.
