谐波条件下电能计量装置运行误差自动检测方法 被引量:11

Automatic detection method for operation error of electric energy metering device under harmonic condition

摘要 传统谐波条件下电能计量装置运行误差自动检测方法在进行误差检测时耗费时间过长,检测结果准确率较低。为此提出谐波条件下电能计量装置运行误差自动检测方法。对造成电能计量装置运行误差的谐波来源进行分析;针对各来源设置相应监测点,并运用小波变换法对数据进行初步处理,自动获取电能计量装置运行误差数据;将获取的误差数据输入处理中心,运用BP神经网络进行自动处理,得到误差自动检测结果,实现运行误差的自动检测,完成电能计量装置运行误差自动检测方法设计。实验数据表明,提出的谐波条件下电能计量装置运行误差自动检测方法与传统误差自动检测方法相比缩短了80%的检测时间,提高了24%的检测准确率。 Under the condition of traditional harmonics,the automatic detection method of operation error of electric energy metering device takes too long time to carry out error detection,and the detection accuracy is low.Therefore,the automatic detection method of the operational error of the electric energy metering device under harmonic condition is proposed.The harmonic source causing the operation error of the electric energy metering device is analyzed;the corresponding monitoring points are set up for each source,and the wavelet transform method is used to preliminarily process the data and automatically obtain the operation error data of the electric energy metering device.The automatic test result of the error is obtained,and the automatic test of the operation error is realized.The design of the automatic test method for the operation error of the electric energy metering device is completed.The experimental data show that the proposed automatic detection method for operation error of electric energy metering device under harmonic condition can shorten the detection time by 80%and improve the detection accuracy by 24%compared with the traditional automatic detection method.
