鼻疳与鼻疮病名考

Textual Research on the Name of Nasal Gan and Nasal Chuang

疳多指疳积,疮多指发生于皮肤上的肿块,如果这些病症发生在鼻部,则称为鼻疳与鼻疮。鼻疳与鼻疮虽均以鼻部生疔疮为主要表现,但仍可根据其发病部位及发病特点加以区分。鼻疳主要发生于鼻前庭,可蔓延及鼻翼、鼻尖及上唇皮肤,以患部皮肤灼热痒痛、糜烂浸淫、结痂等为主要表现。鼻疮是发生于鼻前庭皮肤的弥漫性炎症,以鼻前庭皮肤弥漫性红肿热痛,或干燥、结痂、鼻毛脱落为主要表现,常反复发作,经久难愈。鼻疳痒甚,可见皮肤糜烂渗出,多见于小儿;鼻疮痛甚,无年龄区分。鼻疳可界定为鼻前庭湿疹,鼻疮界定为鼻前庭炎为宜。

Gan mainly refers to infantile malnutrition with accumulation,while chuang mainly refers to mass on the skin. If these diseases occur in the nose,they are called nasal gan and nasal chuang. Although both of them are mainly manifested by nasal scabies,they can still be distinguished according to the location and characteristics of the disease. Nasal gan mainly occurs in the nasal vestibule and can spread to the skin of the ala,tip and upper lip. The main manifestations of nasal gan are burning,itching, erosion,immersion and scab formation. Nasal chuang is a diffuse inflammation that occurs in the skin of nasal vestibule. The main manifestations of nasal vestibular skin are diffuse redness,swelling and pain,or dryness,scab formation and nose hair shedding. It often occurs repeatedly and cannot be cured for a long time. Nasal gan itches very much,manifested as visible skin erosion exudation,and is more common in children;while nasal chuang is very painful,with no age distinction,so it is considered as nasal ganif there is nasal vestibular eczema,and nasal chuang if is there is nasal vestibulitis.
