摘要
目的:观察加味牵正散治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法:将94例特发性面神经麻痹患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各47例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用加味牵正散。观察两组患者的临床疗效及肌电图恢复情况,比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、面神经麻痹程度和神经功能指数(neurological function index,FNFI)变化情况,检测两组患者治疗前后血清胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(glial cell line derived neurotrophic factor,GDNF)、神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)水平变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为82.92%,肌电图恢复正常率为40.43%,观察组有效率为95.74%,肌电图恢复正常率为61.70%,两组患者临床疗效及肌电图恢复正常率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分均低于同组治疗前,且观察组治疗后低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后HB评分、FNFI均高于同组治疗前,且观察组患者高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后GDNF、NGF水平均高于同组治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味牵正散治疗特发性面神经麻痹,可明显改善患者面神经功能。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Supplemented Symmetry-Correcting Powder on idiopathic facial paralysis. Methods: Ninety-four patients with idiopathic facial paralysis with idiopathic facial nerve palsy were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 47 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine,while the ones in the observation group were treated with Supplemented Symmetry-Correcting Powder on the basis of the control group. Then the clinical efficacies and electromyography recovery of the two groups were observed. The changes of TCM syndrome scores,degree of facial nerve paralysis and nerve function index ( neurological function index,FNFI) of two groups before and after the treatment were compared. The changes of glial cell line derived neurotrophic factor ( GDNF),nerve growth factor ( NGF) levels of two groups before and after the treatment were measured. Results: The effective rate of the control group was 82. 92%, and the normal rate of the emg was 40. 43%. While the effective rate of the observation group was 95. 74%, and the normal rate of the emg was 61. 70%. The differences in clinical efficacy and the normal rate of the emg between the two groups were statistically significant ( P < 0. 05). After the treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was lower than that of the same group before the treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05). HB score and FNFI of the two groups were higher than those of the same group before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0. 05). After the treatment, GDNF and NGF levels in both groups were higher than those before the treatment in the same group, and the observation group was higher than the control group, all the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Supplemented Symmetry-Correcting Powder can effectively improve the facial nerve function of patients with idiopathic facial paralysis.
