归元膏敷脐联合微电流刺激治疗肾阳虚型老年期失眠30例

Thirty Cases of Senile Insomnia with Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome Treated with Ointment for Restoring Promordial Qi for Umbilical Application in Combination with Microcurrent Stimulation

目的:观察归元膏敷脐联合微电流刺激治疗肾阳虚型老年期失眠的临床疗效。方法:将120例肾阳虚型失眠患者按照随机数字表法分为对照1组、对照2组、对照3组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照1组给予唑吡坦,对照2组给予归元膏敷脐,对照3组给予微电流刺激治疗,治疗组给予归元膏敷脐联合微电流刺激治疗。比较4组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表、中医证候积分。结果:治疗组有效率为96.66%,对照1组有效率为50.00%,对照2组有效率为43.33%,对照3组有效率为66.66%,治疗组有效率优于其他3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4组患者治疗后PSQI指数积分、中医证候积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于其他3组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:归元膏敷脐合微电流刺激治疗肾阳虚型老年期失眠可减轻失眠症状,调节阳虚体质。

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Ointment for Restoring Promordial Qi for umbilical application in combination with microcurrent stimulation on senile insomnia with kidney yang deficiency syndrome. Methods: A total of 120 cases of insomnia with kidney-yang deficiency were randomly divided into No. 1 control group 1,No. 2 control group,No. 3 control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the No. 1 control group were given zolpidem orally, the ones in the No. 2 control group were given Ointment for Restoring Promordial Qi for umbilical application, and the ones in No. 3 control group were given microcurrent stimulation,while the ones in the treatment group were given Ointment for Restoring Promordial Qi for umbilical application together with microcurrent stimulation. Then the clinical efficacy,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index ( PSQI) scale and TCM syndrome scores of the four groups before and after treatment were compared. Results: The effective rate was 96. 66% in the treatment group, 50. 00% in the No. 1 control group, 43. 33% in the No. 2 control group and 66. 66% in the No. 3 control group. The treatment group was higher than the other three groups, and all the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0. 05). The scores of PSQI index and TCM syndromes in the four groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the treatment group were lower the other three groups, and all the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Ointment for Restoring Promordial Qi for umbilical application in combination with microcurrent stimulation has a remarkable efficacy on senile insomnia with kidney yang deficiency syndrome, can alleviate insomnia symptoms and regulate yang deficiency constitution.
