中药香囊联合耳穴贴压治疗卒中后抑郁50例

Fifty Cases of Post-Stroke Depression Treated with TCM Perfume Sachet in Combination with Auricular Acupoint Sticking

目的:观察中药香囊联合耳穴贴压治疗卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年5月至2018年5月上海市静安区中医医院脑病科住院及门诊治疗的卒中后抑郁患者150例,按随机数字表法分为对照组、耳穴贴压组、联合组,每组50例。联合组给予中药香囊联合耳穴贴压治疗,耳穴贴压组给予耳穴贴压治疗,对照组给予盐酸氟西汀口服治疗。结果:3组治疗前后HAMD积分、NIHSS积分、Barthel指数组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);联合组治疗后Barthel指数优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与耳穴贴压组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组HAMD积分、NIHSS积分优于对照组与耳穴贴压组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:中药香囊联合耳穴贴压可有效改善卒中后抑郁患者临床症状,无严重不良反应。

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM perfume sachet in combination with auricular acupoint sticking on post-stroke depression. Methods: A total of 150 patients with post-stroke depression treated in the Department of Encephalopathy of Jing'an District Hospital of TCM from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group the auricular acupoint sticking group and the combination group,with 50 cases in each group. The combination group was treated with TCM perfume sachet combined with auricular acupoint sticking,the auricular acupoint sticking group was treated with auricular acupoint sticking,and the control group was treated with fluoxetine hydrochloride for oral administration. Results: There were significant differences in HAMD score,NIHSS score and Barthel index among the three groups before and after treatment ( P < 0. 01). After the treatment,Barthel index in the combined group was better than that in the control group,and the difference between them had significance ( P < 0. 01). However,compared with the auricular point sticking group,there was no significant difference between them ( P > 0. 05). The HAMD score and NIHSS score in the combined group were better than those in the control group and the auricular point sticking group,and all the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0. 01,P < 0. 05). Conclusion: TCM perfume sachet in combination with auricular acupoint sticking has a remarkable efficacy on post-stroke depression,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients without serious adverse reactions.
