揿针拔伸法治疗颈性眩晕临床观察

Clinical Observation of Neck Vertigo Treated by Thumb-Tack Needle for Subcutaneous Embedding and Pulling and Extension

目的:观察揿针拔伸法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选取上海市闵行区梅陇社区卫生服务中心2017年1月至2018年1月门诊接诊的颈性眩晕患者60例,按照就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予揿针拔伸法治疗,对照组给予颈椎牵引治疗。结果:治疗组有效率86.67%,对照组有效率70.00%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后颈活动度(前屈、后伸、左侧屈、右侧屈、左旋、右旋)比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后颈活动度(前屈、后伸、左侧屈、右侧屈、左旋、右旋)优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后颈性眩晕症状与功能状况积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:揿针拔伸法治疗颈性眩晕疗效确切,操作方法简便。

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of method of thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding and pulling and extension on cervical vertigo. Methods: Sixty patients with cervical vertigo were selected from Meilong Community Health Service Center in Minhang District of Shanghai from January 2017 to January 2018. They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were treated by method of thumbtack needle for subcutaneous embedding and pulling and extension,while the ones in the control group were treated by cervical traction. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 86. 67%,and that of the control group was 70. 00%. The treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05). The cervical ranges of motion ( antexion,posterior extension,left flexion,right flexion,left rotation,right rotation) of the two groups before and after the treatment had statistical significance ( P < 0. 05). The cervical range of motion of the treatment group after the treatment was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05). The scores of cervical vertigo symptoms and functional status in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The method of thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding and pulling and extension has a remarkable efficacy on cervical vertigo and it is easy to operate.
