Progress on Clinical Application of Method of Pungent Dispersing and Bitter Descending

辛开苦降法应用于治疗寒热错杂、虚实夹杂、升降失常等病证,涉及内、外、妇、儿各科疾病。辛开苦降法的病理特点及特殊的配伍内涵决定其适应证多为食管、脾胃、肠道等方面的疾病,研究发现,辛开苦降法治疗消化系统疾病已取得较大进展,但仍缺乏多中心、盲法、大样本研究,临床中还需结合中医学理论,进一步探索辛开苦降法治疗疾病的作用机制,拓宽辛开苦降法的使用范围,有利于提高临床疗效,减轻医疗负担。

Method of pungent dispersing and bitter descending is often used to treat coldand heat in complexity,deficiency and excess in complexity,ascending and descending disorders and other diseases,involving diseases of internal medicine,surgery, gynecology and pediatrics. The pathological characteristics and special compatibility connotation of the method of pungent dispersing and bitter descending determine that its indications are mostly diseases of esophagus,spleen,stomach and intestine. The related study has found that the treatment of digestive system diseases by the method of pungent dispersing and bitter descending has made great progress,but there is still a lack of multi-center,blind and large-sample research. In clinical practice,we need to further explore the mechanism of its treatment of diseases,broaden its scope of use,and help to improve clinical efficacy and reduce the patients' burden of medical treatment.
