摘要
为解决深部断层影响下巷道围岩突水问题,以阳城煤矿1308运输巷为例,针对断层导水灾害,构建了井下+井上的"挡-堵"多体系防治方案。首先构筑井下挡水隔离带:双重挡水墙+墙间注浆,达到了排除奥灰水突发变大的危险,其次建立地面堵水系统:从地面施工3个注浆孔,通过注浆孔向季庄断层断层面及奥灰含水层注浆,以达到封堵导水裂隙及水源的目的。该"挡-堵"多体系治水系统,彻底封堵和切断了突水通道,再无补给水压,同时节省每年排水费用100万元;彻底消除了奥灰水水害威胁,保证了矿井的生产安全。
To solve the problem of water inrush around the roadway under the influence of deep faults, this paper takes 1308 transportation roadway of Yangcheng Coal Mine as an example to construct a multi-system prevention and control scheme for the"blocking-plugging"in the underground and ground. Firstly, the underground water retaining belt is constructed: double retaining wall + grouting between walls, which eliminates the danger of sudden increase of ash water, and then establishes a ground water blocking system: 3 grouting holes from the ground, is injected into the fault layer of the Jizhuang fault and the Ordovician limestone aquifer through grouting the hole to achieve the purpose of sealing the water-conducting fissure and water source. The"blocking-plugging"multi-system water control system completely blocks and cuts the incoming water passage, and no replenishment water pressure, while saving 1 million annual drainage costs. The threat of water damage to the Ordovician limestone water has been completely eliminated, and the production safety of the mine has been guaranteed.
