中心桥煤矿区域联动压风机监控系统 被引量:3

摘要 区域联动压风机监控系统是针对煤矿压风机系统的分布特点、工艺流程及运行特点、监控要求而设计的。基于PIC单片机为核心的KXJ220控制器,适用于煤矿有瓦斯及煤尘爆炸危险的场所,选用西门子WINCC为上位机软件核心,并且利用工业以太网平台进行数据通信,实现了矿用压风机系统的远程监测与控制。本系统具备对压风机的参数、操作运行记录、报警、查询等显示功能;系统提供单机就地、远程控制,设计并实现了压风机区域联动控制功能。区域联动控制为实现无人值守,有人巡检的压风机监控系统提供了安全可靠、节能的保障。 The monitoring system of regional linkage fan is designed for the characteristics of distribution, process flow and operation, and monitoring requirements of coal mine fan system. The KXJ 220 controller based on PIC micro -controller is suitable for coal mines with gas and coal dust explosion hazards. Siemens WINCC is selected as the host software core, and data communication is conducted using industrial Ethernet platform. The remote monitoring and control of pressure fan system are realized. The system has the parameters of the pressure fan, operation record, alarm, inquiry and other display functions;the system provides single machine in situ, remote control, design and realization of the regional linkage control function of the fan. The regional linkage control provides the guarantee of safety, reliability and energy saving for the unattended and inspected pressure fan monitoring system.
