摘要
结合现有坑道钻机的结构形式,设计一种新型坑道高转速钻机扶正装置。在机身前端靠近夹持器位置设置前扶正装置,通过轴承对高速旋转的钻具提供支点;在主轴后端设置后扶正装置,与卡盘同轴高速旋转,提供后支撑点;前、后扶正装置和卡盘对钻具形成稳定的支撑点,避免钻具在孔口的振动,提高了钻进的稳定性。该扶正装置首次在ZDY1200G型全液压坑道勘探钻机上使用,在牛家沟金矿完成孔径■ mm、孔深235.7 m钻孔1个,取心率达到91.2%。施工过程中,钻机的转速550~980 r/min,扶正装置能对钻具起到良好的支撑作用,钻具运转平稳。
Combined with the structure of existing tunnel rig, a new type centralizer device of high speed drilling rig of tunnel is designed. It sets a pre-centralizer device at the position of fuselage near the gripper, which provides a pivot for the high -speed rotating drilling tools through bearing. Meanwhile, it sets a post -centralizer device behind the main axle, which provides a post pivot and coaxial high -speed rotating with chuck. The front and rear centralizer devices and the chunk work together and form steady supporting points, which avoids vibration of drilling tools at orifice and improves the stability of drilling successfully. This new centralizer device was used on ZDY1200G type hydraulic tunnel exploration drilling rig for the first time at Niujiagou Gold Mine. It finished a drilling with diameter of 77 mm and depth of 235.7 m, and it's coring recovery rate reached to 91.2%. During the whole drilling process with the drill speed from 550 r/min to 980 r/min, this new type of centralizer device can support the drilling tools well, and help it running smoothly.
