单一厚煤层条件下穿层钻孔水力冲孔参数优选与应用 被引量:11

摘要 为提高层外卸压瓦斯抽采效率,探索适合潞安矿区3~#煤层的水力冲孔参数,通过对不同冲孔煤量钻孔的抽采效果进行对比分析,得出了水力冲孔的合理煤量为0.15 t/m;结合施工工艺及地质条件优选出了合理煤量下的最佳冲孔压力12 MPa和最佳冲孔时间15 min/m,形成了1套适合3~#煤层水力冲孔的技术参数。 To improve the efficiency of gas extraction and drainage in other seam, and explore suitable hydraulic punching parameters of 3# coal seam located in Lu' an Mining Area, this paper comparatively analyzed the gas extraction effect of through beds holes by different punch coal quantity and obtained that the reasonable hydraulic punching coal quantity is 0.15 t/m. Combined with construction technology and geological conditions of hydraulic punching, this paper got the best punching pressure of 12 MPa and the best punching duration of 15 min/m, which matched with the reasonable hydraulic punching coal quantity and formed a set of suitable technical parameters of hydraulic punching in 3^# coal seam.
