摘要 微波烧结作为一种新型烧结技术,在粉末材料成形制造领域日渐受到关注,与传统烧结方法相比,微波烧结具有快速高效、改善材料微观组织、提高材料综合力学性能和节能环保等优点。综述了微波烧结技术发展过程;对比了微波烧结与传统烧结的制造工艺方法和成品综合性能;简要介绍了微波烧结的基本原理和研究进展;分析了微波烧结技术中的关键影响因素;最后归纳分析了微波烧结技术的现存问题并提出了展望,为微波烧结技术在国内的进一步发展提供必要的理论依据和参考。 As a new sintering technology,microwave sintering has attracted increasing attention in the field of powder material forming and manufacturing. Compared with traditional sintering methods,microwave sintering has the advantages of high speed and efficiency,improvement of material microstructure,improvement of material comprehensive mechanical properties,energy conservation and environmental protection. The development process of microwave sintering technology was summarized. The manufacturing process and comprehensive properties of finished products of microwave sintering and traditional sintering were compared. The basic principle and research progress of microwave sintering were briefly introduced. The key influencing factors in microwave sintering technology were also analyzed. Finally,the existing problems of microwave sintering technology were summarized and analyzed,and the prospect was put forward,which provides necessary theoretical basis and reference for the further development of microwave sintering technology in China.
