摘要
分析了鞍钢鲅鱼圈两台405m^2烧结机相关设备漏风的原因及漏风与烧结高温脂用量的关系。通过对烧结机台车、滑道、油路、电磁给油器等设备劣化的治理和对润滑控制程序的调整,漏风率显著下降,油耗大幅度下降,经济效益显著。
Make an analysis on the causes of air leakage in two 405m^2 sintering machines of Ansteel Bayuquan, and its relation with the amount of sintering high-temperature grease. Through treating the deterioration of sintering machine trolley, slide, oil circuit, electromagnetic oil feeder and adjusting the lubrication control program, air leakage rate and oil consumption are decreased significantly, and remarkable economic benefits are obtained.
