连铸方坯结晶器振动联轴器改型

摘要 方坯结晶器振动装置鼓形齿联轴器不能适应生产环境和严格的安装技术要求,设备故障频频发生。现选用的膜片联轴器能够比较好的适应恶劣环境,能有效补偿了同轴度偏差和安装精度要求高的问题,大大降低了连铸拉坯降速和掉流问题。 The equipment frequently occur faults because the crown gear coupling of the billet mold oscillator cannot adapt to the production environment and strict installation requirements. New introduced diaphragm coupling can adapt to the harsh environment, and effectively compensate the coaxiality deviation and meet the high requirements of installation accuracy. It also solved the problem of withdrawal deceleration and strand stop.
