摘要
外泌体来源于多泡体通过溶酶体降解或者通过质膜融合以及胞内囊泡的胞外释放。外泌体被归类为促进细胞间通讯的"生物活性囊泡"的最新家族成员,可以携带各种蛋白质,脂质和核酸等生物活性物质。外泌体内容物的释放可触发靶细胞中的多种反应。结核分枝杆菌感染后宿主外泌体的内容物会发生改变,其成分的鉴定为揭示结核分枝杆菌的致病机制和临床应用如疫苗开发与疾病诊断提供了重要的信息。
Exosomes are derived from multivesicular degradation by lysosomal or by plasma membrane fusion and extracellular release of intracellular vesicles.Exosomes are classified as the newest family members of"bioactive vesicles"that promote intercellular communication and can carry a variety of biologically active substances such as proteins,lipids and nucleic acids and might play some important roles in mammal healthy and sick conditions.Release of exosomal contents can trigger multiple responses of target cells.Tuberculosis is a serious infectious disease and its pathogenesis is still unclear.The content of exosomes in the host cells changes after M.tuberculosis infection,and the identification of its components provides important information for revealing the pathogenic mechanism of M.tuberculosis and designing clinical applications such as vaccine development and disease diagnosis.
