摘要
近年来,蛋白质组学已逐渐成为中医认识肝病本质的重要手段。以蛋白质组学技术为研究手段,将肝纤维化与中医证候的研究相结合,分析和评价肝纤维化分级,可使抽象的中医理论具体化,同时在寻找药物作用靶点及中药的药理作用机制方面发挥作用。但中药多成分、多层次、多靶点的特点使得其药效的物质基础不明确,缺乏科学的理论依据和阐述。同时,人体的蛋白质组学特征千变万化,蛋白质组学技术难以掌握,其运用于肝纤维化的方药筛选和中医证候仍处于探索阶段,需在依据证候理论学的前提下,运用功能蛋白质组学的方法来探讨证候,发现并揭示与证候形成相关的所有蛋白质及其特征,最终在整体蛋白质表达水平上阐明证候的本质,来指导临床方药的选择,防治肝病及慢性肝病向肝纤维化、肝硬变的发生、发展。
In recent years,proteomics has gradually become an important means for Chinese medicine to understand the nature of liver disease.Using proteomics technology as a research method,combining liver fibrosis with TCM syndrome research,analyzing and evaluating liver fibrosis grading can make the abstract TCM theory concrete,and at the same time looking for drug targets and pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine.The role mechanism plays a role.However,the multi-component,multi-level and multi-target characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine make the material basis of its efficacy unclear,lacking scientific theoretical basis and explanation.At the same time,the proteomics characteristics of the human body are ever-changing,and the proteomics technology is difficult to master.The screening of traditional Chinese medicine for liver fibrosis and TCM syndromes are still in the exploratory stage.Functional proteomes should be used on the premise of syndrome theory.Learning methods to explore syndromes,discover and reveal all proteins and their characteristics related to syndrome formation,and finally clarify the nature of syndromes in the overall protein expression level,to guide the choice of clinical prescriptions,prevent liver disease and chronic liver disease to the liver The occurrence and development of fibrosis and cirrhosis.
