补肾活血化痰法治疗肾虚痰瘀型老年痴呆

Bushen Huoxue Huatan Therapy in Treatment of Senile Dementia with Kidney Deficiency,Phlegm and Stasis Syndrome

目的:观察补肾活血化痰法治疗肾虚痰瘀型老年痴呆临床效果,探究中西医结合治疗肾虚痰瘀型老年痴呆的临床价值,开辟临床治疗肾虚痰瘀型老年痴呆新途径。方法:将60例肾虚痰瘀型老年痴呆患者,根据入院顺序先后分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组采用常规治疗,口服美金刚,治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上联合补肾活血化痰汤治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:对照组临床有效率63.33%,明显低于观察组的86.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前Barthel指数(barthel index,BI)评分、美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(national institutes of health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分、阿尔茨海默病行为病理评定量表(rating scale of the behavioral pathology in Alzheimer′s disease,BEHAVE-AD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组BI评分、NIHSS评分、BEHAVE-AD评分改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率20.0%(6/30)明显高于治疗组不良反应发生率6.67%(2/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美金刚联合补肾活血化痰汤治疗肾虚痰瘀型老年痴呆可有效改善临床症状,提高患者生活自理能力,用药安全性能良好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Huatan Recipe in treatment of senile dementia with Kidney deficiency Phlegm and Stasis Syndrome and to explore the clinical value of integrative medicine in treatment of senile dementia with Kidney deficiency Phlegm and Stasis Syndrome,so as to open up a new way to treat senile dementia with kidney deficiency.Methods:Sixty patients with degenerative senile dementia with kidney deficiency were divided into control group and treatment group according to the order of admission.The control group received routine treatment,oral memantine,and the treatment group combined with kidney supplement on the basis of conventional treatment in the control group.Huoxue Huayu Decoction was used to compare the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The clinical effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(86.68%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Barthel index(BI)score before treatment,national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,quality of life scale for stroke patients,QOLISP)score,rating scale of the behavioral pathology in Alzheimer’s disease(BEHAVE-AD)score,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of BI score,NIHSS score,QOLISP score and BEHAVE-AD score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 20.0%(6/30),which was significantly higher than that in the treatment group(6.67%,2/30).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Memantine combined with Bushen Huoxue Huayu Decoction in treatment of senile dementia with kidney deficiency and phlegm can effectively improve clinical symptoms,improve the self-care ability of patients,with high safety level.
