祛瘀解毒法防治初期冠状动脉支架植入术后支架内再狭窄

Quyu Jiedu Method for Prevention and Treatment of In-stent Restenosis After Coronary Stent Implantation

目的:探讨祛瘀解毒法防治冠状动脉内支架植入术后初期再狭窄的可行性。方法:90例冠脉内支架植入术成功的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者随机分为观察组46例和对照组44例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予祛瘀解毒中药方。7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗2周、4周时C反应蛋白、血脂水平;6个月后比较两组患者支架内再狭窄发生率。结果:观察组支架内再狭窄率为10.9%,对照组为27.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组超敏C反应蛋白、血脂水平均低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠状动脉支架植入术后初期给予祛瘀解毒中药组方能有效预防冠脉支架植入术后初期支架内再狭窄的发生,且可降低患者超敏C反应蛋白、血脂水平。

Objective:To investigate the feasibility of Quyu Jiedu method for prevention and treatment of early restenosis after stent implantation in coronary artery.Methods:Ninety patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)who underwent successful coronary stenting were randomly assigned to an observation group of 46 patients and a control group of 44 patients.The control group was given conventional treatment with western medicine,and the observation group was given the traditional Chinese medicine for detoxification in addition to that of the control group.Severn days is a course of treatment,with 4 courses of continuous treatment.C-reactive protein and blood lipid levels were compared before treatment and at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment.The incidence of in-stent restenosis was compared between the two groups after 6 months.Results:The in-stent restenosis rate was 10.9%in the observation group and 27.3%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ultrasensitive C-reactive protein and blood lipid levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early administration of Quyu Jiedu Chinese medicine group after coronary stent implantation can effectively prevent the occurrence of early in-stent restenosis after coronary stent implantation,and can reduce the level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and blood lipid in patients.
