连朴饮加味黎药治疗脾胃湿热型胆汁反流性胃炎

Lianpo Drink and Li Nationality Medicine in Treating Bile Reflux Gastritis with Spleen Stomach Damp-heat Syndrome

目的:观察连朴饮加味黎药治疗脾胃湿热型胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例经胃镜检查确诊并中医辨证为脾胃湿热型胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为两组。对照组给予铝碳酸镁片、枸橼酸莫沙必利片口服。治疗组采用连朴饮加味黎药。8周为1个疗程,1个疗程后对比两组治疗前后主要中医症状积分、中医证候疗效、胃镜下胆汁反流程度分级改变以及内镜疗效。结果:治疗组、对照组证候有效率分别为85.0%、72.5%,内镜有效率分别为75%、60%,治疗后治疗组胃脘部胀满、胃脘部疼痛、嗳气、口苦等症状积分改善优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组能显著改善内镜下胆汁反流分级、胃镜下征象,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:连朴饮加味黎药治疗脾胃湿热型胆汁反流性胃炎有良好的临床疗效,可明显改善患者临床症状、胆汁反流程度、内镜下胃黏膜征象。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Lianpo Drink and Li Nationality Medicine in treatment of Bile reflux gastritis with Spleen Stomach Damp-heat Syndrome.Methods:Eighty patients with Bile reflux gastritis was diagnosed as Spleen Stomach Damp-heat Syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 40 cases was given aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets and mosapride citrate tablets.The treatment group of 4 o cases was treated with Lianpo Drink and Li Nationality Medicine.8 weeks is a course of treatment.After 1 course of treatment,the changes of the main symptoms of TCM symptoms,the efficacy of TCM syndrome,the grade of bile reflux in gastroscope and the efficacy of gastroscopy before and after treatment were compared.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 85.0%and 72.5%,respectively,and the endoscopic effective rate was 75%and 60%respectively.After treatment,the treatment group had fullness of the stomach,pain in the stomach,belching,and mouth bitterness.The symptom scores of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group could significantly improve the endoscopic bile reflux grading and endoscopic signs.Compared that with that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lianpo Drink and Li nationality medicine have a good clinical effect in treatment of Bile reflux gastritis with Spleen Stomach Damp-heat Syndrome,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,bile reflux,endoscopic gastric mucosal signs and other symptoms.
