“整体衡动观”指导下癌痛取穴规律述评

Review on Acupoint Selection Rule of Acupuncture Treatment for Cancer Pain under the Guidance of "Holistic Balance View of Motion"

以“整体衡动观”为指导,结合癌痛的病因及针灸治疗机理,癌痛针灸取穴可分为循经取穴、分部取穴、全息对应取穴、按时开穴、辨证取穴和局部取穴6类。对癌痛的取穴规律研究进展进行述评,旨在总结针灸治疗癌痛的取穴规律,探索研究中存在的问题,为今后筛选针灸治疗癌痛的适宜技术、优化腧穴处方和镇痛机制研究提供参考。

According to the guidance of"holistic balance of motion",combined with the etiology of cancer pain and the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion,the acupoint for cancer pain could be divided into six types:acupoint selection by circulation,partial acupoint selection,holographic corresponding acupoint selection,puncture opening on time,point selection by pattern identification and local point selection.This paper reviews the research progress of acupoint selection for cancer pain,aiming at summarizing the acupoint selection regularity of acupuncture and moxibustion for cancer pain,exploring the existing problems in the research,and providing reference for screening suitable techniques of acupuncture and moxibustion for cancer pain,optimizing acupoint prescription and analgesic mechanism in the future.
