Application and Research on Anti-tumor of Wutou(Aconitum)

乌头被广泛用于晚期肿瘤的治疗中,早在古医籍就有以乌头为主要成分的单方及复方治疗积聚、癥瘕、岩的记载。目前含有乌头的中药制剂常以口服、外敷及注射途径给药,一方面缓解癌性疼痛、提高患者生存质量,另一方面防止肿瘤转移复发。乌头的多种有效成分具有抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭及转移、提高机体免疫功能的作用。而乌头的毒理作用在一定程度上限制了临床应用,还需经现代科技手段研究乌头的组方配伍及有效成分,发挥扬长抑短的优势。

Aconitum is widely used in the treatment of advanced tumors.In ancient medical books,there were records of aconite treatments,syndromes,and rocks.Aconitum can relieve cancer pain,improve the quality of life of patients,and prevent tumor metastasis and recurrence.The various active ingredients of Aconitum can inhibit tumor cell proliferation,induce tumor cell apoptosis,inhibit tumor cell invasion and metastasis,and improve immune function.The toxicological effects of Aconitum have limited the clinical application to a certain extent.It is necessary to study the compatibility of aconitum prescriptions and extract the active ingredients through modern scientific and technological means to avoid short inhibition.
