自血疗法治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效的系统评价

Systemic Evaluation of the Efficacy of Autohemotherapy for Anaphylactic Rhinitis

目的:系统评价自血疗法治疗过敏性鼻炎相关文献的质量以及自血与西药对照治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法:检索Embase数据库、PUBMED、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台、万方数字化期刊数据库、ClinicalKey、SINOMED,检索时限为建库至2018年2月,查找并获取自血与西药对比治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床随机或半随机对照试验,采用Cochrane系统评价方法对获取的文献进行方法学质量评价,用RevMan5.3对纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果:纳入6个临床随机对照试验,共纳入381例患者。6个临床随机对照试验均采用总有效率作为观察指标之一。自血疗法治疗过敏性鼻炎对比西药治疗,其组间差异有统计学意义[RR=1.15,95%CI(1.05,1.26),P<0.01]。结论:自血疗法治疗过敏性鼻炎对比西药治疗效果更显著,但因本研究纳入文献数量较少,且本研究纳入的文献方法学质量均偏低,尚不能充分地验证上述结论,还需开展严格规范的大样本、多中心、双盲的随机对照试验来进一步验证上述结论。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the quality of the related literatures on the treatment of allergic rhinitis and the curative effect of self-blood and western medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Method:Embase database,PUBMED,CNKI,VIP information Chinese periodical service platform,Wanfang digital periodical database,ClinicalKey,SINOMED were retrieved,the deadline for literature retrieval was February 2018,to search and obtain clinical randomized or semi-randomized controlled trials of autologous blood versus western medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Cochrane system evaluation method was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the obtained literature,and RevMan 5.3 was used to make Meta-analysis of the included literature.Results:A total of 381 patients were enrolled in six randomized controlled trials.The total efficiency of autohemotherapy was higher than that of western medicine group[RR=1.15,95%CI(1.05,1.26),P<0.01].Conclusion:Autohemotherapy is more effective than western medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.However,due to the small number of literatures and the low quality of literature methodology included in this study,the above conclusions can not be fully verified.A large sample,multi-center,double-blind randomized controlled trial should be conducted to further verify the above conclusions.
