Experience Summary on LI Xiang-yun Treating Male Infertility

总结李祥云教授治疗男性不育症的经验,介绍李师自拟经验方育嗣丸、任督汤、排精汤、胜湿汤的组成及功效主治。李师认为本病有三大特征:其一,病因在湿,治以健脾利湿、清热利湿、利水渗湿,重用车前子;其二,病位在肾,治以填精补肾、滋阴潜阳为主,重在阴阳平衡且善用血肉有情之品;其三,病机在瘀,治以活血通络、疏通精道,李师擅用虫类药治疗本病。

The following is a summary of the experience of professor LI Xiang-yun,in the treatment of male infertility,then introduces the composition and efficacy of four empirical formula that is Yusi Pill(育嗣丸),Rendu Decoction(任督汤),Paijing Decoction(排精汤)and Shengshi Decoction(胜湿汤).Prof.LI thought there were three major features.Firstly,the etiology is dampness,which can be treated by an excessive dose of Cheqianzi(semen psyllii,Plantago)through strengthening spleen,clearing heat and promoting urination to eliminate dampness.Secondly,the location is in kidney,and it is treated by animal medicine through supplementing the kidney essence,nourishing yin to subdue yang and most importantly balancing yin and yang.Thirdly,it is caused by blood stasis and should be treated by worm medicine through activating blood to dredge collaterals and dredging seminal passage.
