基于数据挖掘分析丘和明治疗免疫性血小板减少症的用药规律

Data Mining of Medication Rules of QIU He-ming in the Treatment of Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia

目的:分析丘和明教授治疗免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)的用药规律。方法:收集丘教授临床运用中医药治疗ITP的处方,建立数据库,通过“中医传承辅助平台”(V2.5)软件对数据进行关联规则、复杂系统熵聚类、层次聚类等数据挖掘以分析其治疗ITP的用药规律。结果:共筛选并统计分析了188首处方,明确了丘教授治疗ITP高频药物的使用情况以及药物的组合规律,并挖掘出核心药物组合24个及候选新方12首。结论:丘教授认为ITP的病机以肾阴虚、脾气虚为本,火热、风热之邪为标,临证多处以滋阴补肾、健脾摄血、祛风清热之品,并随证加减,体现了其“扶正祛邪,标本同治”的学术思想。

Objective:To analyze Professor QIU He-ming's medical experience for primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP).Methods:QIU He-ming's prescription for ITP patients in the clinic was collected and logged into a database which was analyzed by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5).And data mining methods such as revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster were used.Results:Based on analysis of 188 prescriptions,the frequency and combinational patterns of the herbals was exposed.Furthermore,24 core combination and 12 new prescriptions were deduced.Conclusion:Professor QIU He-ming believed that the TIP take kidney Yin deficiency and spleen Qi weakness as original cause and fire-heat or wind-heat evil is the superficial cause.So while treating ITP patients,herbals that could enrich yin and nourish kidney,strengthen the spleen and stop bleeding,expel pathogenic wind and clear pathogenic heat were most used.Thus his academic thought that"strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil,treating both cause and symptoms"was reflected.
