基于GoPubMed中医药治疗前列腺炎的文献计量学分析

Bibiometrics Analysis of TCM for Treating Prostatitis Based on GoPubMed

目的:探讨分析PubMed中收录的中医药治疗前列腺炎相关文献的研究趋势和发展概况。方法:利用GoPubMed检索输入“prostatitis[mesh]”,通过“Find concepts in Knowledge Base”查找“Chinese Medicine”,检索1980年1月1日至2018年10月28日被PubMed收录的中医药治疗前列腺炎的相关文献,选取Statistics功能进行文献计量分析,以获得从主题、出版年限、期刊、作者所属国家和城市等方面分析的可视化结果。结果:PubMed中共收录文献451篇,检索结果研究整体呈上升趋势,近10年出现阶段性回落;高频主题词以前列腺炎相关内容为主;发文期刊主要分布在中国、美国、欧洲区域;中医药防治的研究以中国区域学者为主;缺乏明确的中医药防治前列腺炎的理论研究和科研基础。结论:利用GoPubMed可较好地反映PubMed数据库中医药治疗前列腺炎的研究现状和发展趋势,为今后的系统理论建立和学科建设提供参考依据。

Objective:To explore and analyze the related literatures of prostatitis treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine in PubMed to understand the research trend and development situation.Methods:GoPubMed was used to retrieve"prostatitis[mesh]"and search"Chinese Medicine"through"Find concepts in Knowledge Base"and the bibliometric analysis was conducted with Statistics.The relevant literature named prostatitis treated by TCM in PubMed from to January 1,1980 to October 25,2018 was to obtain the visualized results about the subjects,publication dates,periodicals,authors'countries and cities.Results:PubMed included 451 articles of literatures and the search results showed an upward trend but had been a gradual decline in the past 10 years;High frequency words in the literatures was mainly about prostatitis;Published journals were mainly distributed in China,the United States and Europe area;The research on TCM prevention and treatment was dominated by Chinese regional scholars;There is lack of theoretical research and scientific basis about the prevention and treatment of prostatitis by TCM.Conclusion:GoPubMed was used to better reflect the research situation and development trend of prostatitis treated by TCM in PubMed in order to provide reference for the establishment of system theory and subject construction in the future.
