刺络拔罐法辅助智能运动控制训练对卒中后偏瘫患者平衡和下肢功能的影响 被引量:13

Effects of Blood-Letting Puncturing and Cupping Assisted with Intelligent Motion Control Training on Balance and Lower Limb Function in Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke

摘要 目的:观察刺络拔罐法辅助智能运动控制训练对卒中后偏瘫患者平衡和下肢功能的影响。方法:选取卒中后偏瘫患者104例,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用智能运动控制训练,观察组在此基础上采用刺络拔罐法辅助进行护理干预,对比两组患者护理干预前后平衡能力及下肢功能和日常生活能力改善情况。结果:两组患者干预后Berg平衡量表(BBS)与日常生活能力(ADL)评分均较干预前升高,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者干预后Motricity指数中下肢肌力积分(MI-L)评分均较干预前升高,改良Ash-worth评分量表(MAS)评分较干预前降低,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者干预后Fugl-Meyer评分法(FMA)与功能性步行分级量表(FAC)评分均较干预前升高,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者干预后高切速全血黏度、低切速全血黏度及血浆黏度均降低,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:刺络拔罐法辅助智能运动控制训练可改善卒中后偏瘫患者平衡能力,提高下肢功能与日常生活能力,降低血液黏稠度。 Objective:To explore the effects of blood-letting puncturing and cupping assisted with intelligent motion control training on balance and lower limb function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:A total of 104 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given intelligent motion control training,and the treatment group was assisted by blood-letting puncturing and cupping.The balance ability,lower limb function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared before and after nursing intervention.Results:After intervention,the scores of Berg Balance Scale(BBS)and Activity of Daily Life(ADL)were increased in both two groups,and the treatment group showed higher scores than the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the score of lower limb muscle strength integral(MI-L)in Motricity index were increased in both two groups while the modified Ash-worth scale(MAS)scores were reduced,and the treatment group showed higher strength integral(MI-L)in Motricity index while lower MAS scores than the control group(P<0.05);the scores of Fugl-Meyer scale(FMA)and functional walking scale(FAC)were increased in both two groups after intervention,and the treatment group showed higher FMA and FAC than the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the whole blood viscosity at high shear rate,whole blood viscosity at low shear rate and plasma viscosity decreased in both two groups,and the treatment group showed lower index than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Blood-letting puncturing and cupping combined with intelligent motion control training can improve the balance ability,lower limb function and daily living ability of hemiplegic patients after stroke,and reduce blood viscosity.
