建筑计划指导下的医疗建筑更新改造设计——四年级STUDIO教学实践

Renewal Design of Hospital Buildings under the Guidance of Architectural Planning:A case of the Architectural design course in Grade Four

建筑学是应用性的综合学科,在高年级以“深化”、“拓展”作为目标的建筑设计主干课程选题需要更加注重社会价值、实用价值的体现.因此在四年级STUDIO教学过程中,本教学团队将《建筑计划》理论课程与“医疗建筑更新改造设计”有机结合,打通高年级学习特色模式、理论课程特点、设计课程特点之间的桥梁.医疗建筑具有复杂动线及功能分区,空间应对使用者的需求往往比空间艺术性诉求更加迫切,随着科技发展变化又面临不断的改造更新需要,因此很适合结合建筑计划研究方法进行包含建筑策划全过程的建筑设计训练.在本教学实践过程中,通过空间环境观察、使用者行为观察、有组织访谈、数据量化分析、设计任务书制定、总体设计、具体科室细部设计等系列环节,层层推进设计任务,使学生理解建筑策划到建筑设计的全过程.其教学成果对医院改造更新及空间适应性设计策略方面亦有借鉴价值.

Architecture is an applied comprehensive discipline.In the upper grades,the main topics of architectural design with the goals of“deepening”and“expanding”need to pay more attention to the embodiment of social value and practical value.Therefore,in the fourth-grade studio teaching process,the teaching team organically combines the“Architectural Planning”theory course with the“medical building renewal design”to bridge the gap between the)higher-level learning characteristic model,the characteristics of the theoretical curriculum,and the characteristics of the design curriculum.Medical buildings have complex moving lines and functional divisions.The space needs to respond to the needs of users more often than the space artistic appeals As the development of science and technolo-gy changes,it faces the need for continuous renovation and renewal.Therefore,it is ideal for architectural design train-ing involving the entire process of architectural planning in conjunction with architectural planning research methods.In the course of this teaching practice,through the series of links such as space environment observation,user behavior observation,organized interviews,data quantitative analysis,design task book formulation,overall design,and specific department detail design,the design tasks are promoted at various levels to enable studonts to understand From architectural planning to architectural design.The teaching results also have reference value for hospital reno-vation and spatial adaptation design strategies.
