摘要
城中村更新设计是城市进入存量挖掘时代重要的建成环境改善议题。在城中村更新中考虑以低收入群体为使用者的公益性建筑,是实现非正规性城市空间与正规性城市融合的手段,具有人文关怀的价值。本文从选题意义、教学目标、建筑策划教学环节三个方面介绍了武汉大学建筑学本科三年级建筑设计课程中“建筑与社会”专题城中村更新设计的教学实验,并以针对东湖村“快餐从业者”群体进行的“东湖森林”建筑策划为例,介绍了围绕使用者需求展开的教学策划环节的教学。
Urban village renewal has become an important subject about built environment changes especially in the new era of Chinese urban development Public building for low-income groups in urban village has its social value to combine informal urban space with normal city.Donghucun urban village renewal with the theme of Architecture and Society in the third year design studio of Wuhan University is introduced by teaching significance,objectives and practice of Architectural programming.An alternative project focus on fast food practitioners illustrates the operation of architectural programming with the users'requirements at its core.
