摘要
融合线上线下电影购票场景,提高用户观影体验。通过产品服务系统的设计方法对用户、产品和服务进行系统性地分析与原型构建,并进行可行性分析。在O2O模式下,将电影院线上和线下两个消费过程进行了整合,通过整个体系来契合消费者需求,使服务提供方受益、企业盈利,达到多赢的效果。
The paper studies the integration of online and offline scenes of buying movie tickets to improve the user’s experience of watching movies. The users,products and services are systematically analyzed and the prototype is built through the design of product service system,and the feasibility analysis is carried out. Under the mode of O2O,the online and offline consumption processes of cinemas are integrated,and the need of consumers is catered by the whole system. Consequently,service providers can benefit;enterprises can obtain profits and multi-win can be achieved.
