The Main Homo erectus Skulls Found in China

20世纪初在北京发现周口店直立人化石以来,迄今在中国境内多处地点发现重要的直立人头骨化石。研究显示直立人的体质特征变异非常大,具较宽的地区间形态变异范围。

Since the Zhoukoudian Homo erecuts were found in Beijing in the early 20 th century, more than 10 Homo erectus sites have been found within China. The earliest Homo erectus fossil unearthed from the stratum is the Lantian Gongwangling skull. In this article, five Homo erectus sites which found human skulls were introduced.
