2型糖尿病患者体质辨识及经络特性研究

Research on Constitution Identification and Meridian Characteristics of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的:通过研究2型糖尿病患者的体质类型及经络特性,为其预防及临床治疗提供指导。方法:采用SHXK-JL-200F型中医经络检测仪对115例确诊的糖尿病病患者以及115名健康人进行体质辨识及经络检测。结果:病例组患者阴虚质明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病例组肺经、心经、肾经、胆经虚证明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:研究结果与中医对糖尿病的传统认识基本一致。基于“治未病”思想体质辨识后可对“易感人群”提出防治对策,经络特性为临床治疗糖尿病提供理论依据的同时,也可为糖尿病的治疗提供新思路。

Objective:To provide guidance for prevention and clinical treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes by studying the constitutional types and meridian characteristics.Methods:The SHXK-JL-200F traditional Chinese medicine meridian detector was used to identify the constitution and meridian detection of 115 diabetic patients and 115 healthy people.Results:The deficiency of Yin in the diabetic group was significantly more than that in the healthy group(P<0.05).The deficiency of lung meridian,heart meridian,kidney meridian and gallbladder meridian in the diabetic group was significantly more than that in the healthy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results of the study are basically consistent with the traditional understanding of diabetes in Chinese medicine.Based on the"preventive treatment of disease"mentality,the prevention and treatment of"susceptible population"can be proposed.The meridian characteristics provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of diabetes,and can also provide new ideas for the treatment of diabetes.
