冠心病气虚血瘀证临床用药的文献分析

Literature Study of Clinical Medication of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Coronary Heart Disease with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的:探讨中医治疗冠心病气虚血瘀证的临床用药规律,以指导临床实践。方法:通过计算机检索和人工筛选近10年来国内中医药治疗冠心病气虚血瘀证的文献,对临床治疗冠心病气虚血瘀证的处方、药物组成和功效进行统计分析。结果:共纳入117篇文献,出现81种处方名称,中药共计121味;根据中药的功效及分类,使用频次较多的药物依次为补虚药、活血化瘀药、清热药、解表药、止血药、理气药;用药频次前4位的补气药分别是黄芪、人参、甘草、党参,用药频次前4位的活血化瘀药分别是丹参、川芎、红花、桃仁。结论:中医治疗冠心病气虚血瘀证以补虚药、活血化瘀药、清热药、解表药、止血药、理气药为主。

Objective:To explore the clinical medication regulations of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in order to guide clinical practice.Methods:Through computer retrieval and manual screening of the domestic literature on the treatment of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in recent 10 years,the prescriptions,drug composition and efficacy of clinical treatment of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were analyzed.Results:A total of 117 literatures were included,with 81 prescription names and 121 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the efficacy and classification of traditional Chinese medicine,the most frequently used medicines were tonifying deficiency medicine,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine,clearing heat medicine,relieving exterior syndrome,hemostatic medicine and regulating Qi medicine.The top four Qi-tonifying medicines were Huangqi(astragalus membranaceus),Renshen(ginseng),Gancao(licorice)and Dangshen(codonopsis pilosula),respectively.The top four medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis were Danshen(salvia miltiorrhiza),Chuanxiong(ligusticum wallichii),Honghua(safflower carthamus)and Taoren(peach kernel).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is mainly based on tonifying deficiency medicine,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine,clearing heat medicine,relieving exterior syndrome,hemostatic medicine and regulating Qi medicine.
