摘要
根据不同产业生产要素使用特征,将福建省36个工业行业划分为资源密集型、劳动密集型和资本密集型,并基于SBM-DDF模型分别测算三类异质性产业的节能效率及潜力、减排效率及潜力;进一步地,采用超越对数生产函数的随机前沿分析方法测算各异质性产业的要素产出弹性、要素替代弹性以及生产技术进步的要素偏向程度,并结合节能、减排效率分析,给出福建省异质性产业的绿色技术路径。研究发现:福建省大部分工业行业的节能效率和减排效率并不理想,存在着较大的节能和减排潜力;工业部门目前技术进步要素偏向程度为劳动和能源要素的双重依赖;三类异质性产业技术进步方向的路径优化分别为:资源密集型是劳动、资本、能源、环境,劳动密集型是劳动、能源、环境、资本,资本密集型是资本、劳动、环境、能源。
According to the characteristics of production factors,36 industries in Fujian Province are divided into resourceintensive,labor-intensive and capital-intensive industries,and energy-saving efficiency and potential,emission reduction efficiency and potential of three types of heterogeneous industries are estimated respectively based on SBM-DDF model;furthermore,stochastic frontier analysis method beyond logarithmic production function is used to measure the factor output elasticity,factor substitution elasticity and the factor bias degree of production technology progress of heterogeneous industries,and the green technology path of heterogeneous industries in Fujian Province is given based on the analysis of energy saving and emission reduction efficiency. It is found that the energy-saving efficiency and emission reduction efficiency of most industrial sectors in Fujian Province are not ideal,and there is a great potential for energy-saving and emission reduction. The technological progress of the industrial sector in Fujian is characterized by the dual dependence on labor and energy;the path optimization of technological progress in three types of heterogeneous industries are as follows: resource-intensive is labor,capital,energy and environment;labor-intensive is labor,energy,environment and capital;capital-intensive is capital,labor,environment and energy.
