2017年金砖会晤期间泉州地区空气质量污染特征分析 被引量:1

摘要 对泉州地区2017年7月30日至9月24日空气质量自动监测数据进行分析,以研究金砖会议期间泉州地区空气质量变化趋势及管控措施的实施效果。结果表明,泉州地区空气质量于会议保障前、中、后三个阶段呈现先降后升的趋势;会晤期间采取的管控措施得到很好的成效,多地空气质量均得到明显改善,会议保障期的空气质量保持优良,召开阶段的空气质量保持在优级水平。泉州地区颗粒物对管控措施的敏感性最强,PM10和PM2.5浓度均大幅度降低,其平均下降幅度分别为20.3%和25.5%。会议保障结束后,各大气污染物浓度迅速反弹上升,尤其是O3,平均上升幅度为34.2%,多地出现超标情况,臭氧污染形势严峻,需引起重视。 The air quality automatic monitoring data of Quanzhou area from July 30 to September 24, 2017 was analyzed to study the trends of air quality changes and effects of control measures in Quanzhou during the BRICS meeting. The results show that the air quality in Quanzhou has a tendency of rising to falling in the three stages before, during and after the conference;the control measures taken during the meeting have achieved good results, and the air quality in many places has been significantly improved. The air quality of before-conference is maintained at good level, and that of during-conference is maintained at an excellent level. The particulate matter in Quanzhou was the most sensitive to the control measures, and the concentrations of PM10 and PM 2.5 were significantly reduced,the average declines were 20.3% and 25.5%, respectively. After the end of the conference, the concentration of air pollutants rebounded rapidly, especially O 3, with an average increase of 34.2%. The ozone exceeding standards occurred in multiple places and the ozone pollution situation was severe and needs attention.
